Camp NaNoWriMo and Readings

So tomorrow I’m going to beginning Camp NaNoWriMo basically, it’s a summer edition of NaNoWriMo but they also allow for revisions and editing, which is what I’m going to be buckling down and doing for the month of July.

But I’m not going to be spending my entire weekend revising. I want to do some relaxing and reading. I managed to pick up these two books at a second hand store and I’m looking forward to jumping into them.

I’ve heard good things about both authors and I can’t wait to start reading!

Also, once I’m done reading Doomsman I feel that I need to read this novel as a contrast/comparison piece as it has similar themes. Intergalactic thieves and assassins!

Of course, Jo Clayton was one of J P Wagner’s favourite authors, but he wasn’t too keen on Eddings.

Ok. I’m reading both and make my own opinions. But it’s interesting that you say that because I find that you can tell a lot about a person by the books that they like and dislike.

Looking for a Great Book to Read? Look No Further!

Both of them being sons of the famous Guardian of the Sword of Avantir, Rorick. Wyrta the seer spoke to him in these words: "In the twentieth year, on spring's first day, seek a path to the West away. Go to the land of the Silver Hair, for thy fate does await thee there." Years after Rorick and Conel rode forth to free the land of Asbaln from the barbaric tribes, comes one man who will ride forth to save the kingdom and he will wear... The Crystal Crown.
